Chapter 1 - Stuck - I Can't Move
It is not uncommon to be stuck. It is important we realize we are not all stuck in the same places for the same reasons. Before we make moves, we must make sure they are productive moves . The key is to do a proper assessment. Until we understand why we are stuck, we can't be confident what we are are attempting to do will work.

Chapter 2 - Why? - Give Me A Reason
The key to doing most things that are significant is the right reason. Other words for reason are: "why", "motivation" or "purpose". Reasons are important because sometimes we can get lost in the process. Difficult times can lead to tough questions. No matter how difficult things get, we cannot lose sight the reason we started in the first place. Our reason will be a strong foundation when things become unreasonable.

Chapter 3 - Identification - Who Am I?
Many of us know our names, but we don't know who we are. This causes us to live lives that are not fulfilling. Two of the greatest indicators of personal success and fulfillment are self-awareness and authenticity. Most people don't know who they are and therefore can't identify what they should be doing. The key to identification is to look inside and not outside. There are three questions you can ask yourself to help you identify who you are.

Chapter 4 - Inventory - What Do I Have?
Taking inventory can be tedious. It takes time, energy and effort. It's a way to account for the things that have value. Many people avoid this process. The problem this creates is that they miss out on what they have that makes them valuable. We take a look at four questions from John Maxwell that help us take personal inventory. They are: 1. What do you do well? 2. What do you want to do? 3. What do others say you do well? 4. What things bring you the greatest return? These four powerful questions set the stage for great growth!

Chapter 5 - Mindset - Make Up Your Mind
It's humbling to realize our mindsets control, to a great degree, the quality of our lives. Our mentality creates our reality. A fixed mindset leaves little room for development. A growth mindset takes what is and turns it into what it can be. We cannot control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond to what happens to us. Henry Ford said, "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't; you're right". Changing your mindset can be hard work, but the benefits have the potential to change your life.

Chapter 6 - Weakness - I'm Weak!
We find some of our greatest strength when we acknowledge our weaknesses. Weaknesses are things we all have. The greatest separator is there are those who acknowledge weaknesses and those who don't. Proper acknowledgment puts us in a position to do something about them. Unidentified weaknesses will produce easily identifiable problems. Some work on strengths at the expense of weaknesses. Others realize strengthening weaknesses increase strength.

Chapter 7 - Resources - What Do I Need?
Many of us can readily identify what we want but have no idea what we need to make it happen. When we can’t properly identify resources, we find ourselves doing more and working harder than necessary. Two of the greatest hindrances to having the right resources are ignorance and pride. We either don’t ask the right questions or we choose to not ask any questions at all to keep from looking like we don’t know what we’re doing. There are three important questions that will help us identify the resources we need.

Chapter 8 - Intentions - I Thought I Did!
Good intentions can be one of the most deceptive non-actions we can take. Good intentions seem good because the motivations behind them are coming from the right place. We wake up in the mornings intending to do what we need to do to have the life we desire. We have successful career intentions. We have successful relationship intentions. We have great entrepreneurial intentions. The problem is, many of the things we want, die in the intention stage.
Chapter 9 - Action - Make A Move
On a movie set, everything begins when the director says, “Action”. Action, though, requires preparation. Every line and every movement is practiced before the scene begins. Life requires preparation and action. Many of us negate our preparation when we fail to take action. There have been times in my life I decided to do nothing because I was afraid I would do the wrong thing. I’ve since learned the best move is sometimes the next move, and the worst move is the action I chose not to take.

Chapter 10 - You Are Here - Where Am I?
Most people have things they want to accomplish. They have goals they are trying to reach. Some have put in enough work to give specific time frames for their achievements. Unfortunately, many of these people are frustrated. It’s not because they don’t know their desired destination. It’s because they’ve not properly identified their location. Determining our location requires access that many are not willing to give. We cannot plot a course to our destination until we establish our location. The question is, where am I?
Chapter 11 - Development - Like A Polaroid
I can remember when developing photographs meant learning how to use the right chemicals in the right setting before the pictures could be seen. The invention of the Polaroid camera changed photography forever. It eliminated the need for the darkroom and the chemicals. Images were now captured as soon as the photo was taken. The process was a lot faster but there was still a process. It no longer took days or weeks. Pictures could be seen in minutes. Some of us can’t handle the shortened time it takes to do what we are trying to do. Be patient. What you need is there.
Chapter 12 - Purpose - I Figured It Out!
Life is not as difficult as it may seem. Many people overlook what they spend years looking for. It’s frustrating to finally find something only to realize it was in plain sight. Take a look at your life. Consider the things that draw your attention and pique your interest. These things create energy. They serve as an internal motivation. I can almost guarantee you, when you identify these things, you won't be surprised at the discovery.
